Must have been some earthquake !!! Seems too have stopped the whole Forum for the last hour !!!

My Cockatiel went haywire about 2 seconds before the earthquake hit,flapping its wings etc etc !

You're fortunate that you have an EEWD or Earthquake Early Warning Device. :-)

On a more serious note, did anyone else notice if their animals / pets / birds / wife / husband went ballistic just beforehand? This sort of behaviour seems to surface quite often in earthquake situations.
