My brother has made me a set of ali _Affordable_Storage_Drawers.aspx for the back of the hilux. What would people recommend for securing the _Affordable_Storage_Drawers.aspx to the tray? I was thinking of turn-buckles and attaching them to the tie down points, however after a closer look this will limit other storage options.
Would it be better to bolt them to the tray and if so, what bolts should I uses? Will there be any reaction using steel bolts with the ali?
Cheers

I have aluminium tray and canopy and have bolted everything down. I'd use zinc plated high tensile M8 bolts, with flat washers and nyloc nuts, on teh advice of the company that built the canopy.
Zinc plated and aluminium don't react badly, and I've noticed no ill effect after 4 years. I gather stainless steel is not good.
