My Son has just bought me a 7 stage Projecta battery charger. Does anybody know if these are any good and do they do what they say they do?

I have a Projector 3 stage model and a boost start model, Ive never had a problem with either of them and both seem to charge the batteriers very
well.

I am on my second Projecta 3 stage charger, (red model), the first one burnt out after a very short time.

I have a 75 AH Thumper Battery pack that a couple of months ago i inadvertently ran down to 8 volts by leaving my engel on
I bought a 8 amp version of the Projecta Charger & watched it go through the stages & the pack appears to have recovered ok (the people i bought the thumper off 4 years ago said it may not)
This is the only time i have used the charger

Just to add it was interesting watching the charger go through the stages during the day as

Mine has been very useful on a couple of occasions resurrecting "dead" batteries.
No faults so far.
