Hello, I've recently purchased a diesel Toyota Troopy 96, 75 series with a 1HZ motor. If anyone living in the Northern suburbs of
Perth is looking for weekend work for small repairs. I would be interested in getting your contact details. Thanks

What sort of work/repairs are you looking to do? I used to own one of these vehicles and still own a 1HZ powered Toyota, coupled with living in HILLARY's.Regards

Mouse, How far north are you? I have a nephew, qualified mechanic (trained with Toyota dealer) and very experienced with 4WD's. He has a
well set up
home workshop and does weekend work. Only problem - he is south of river. See how you get on and get back to me if interested. My email is jeneau@iinet.net.auCheers

Allan,
I am moving to Gods Country (
Perth) soon and I will be looking for a good mechanic when I get there. I will be living in South Lake. Where is your nephew located.
Karl.

Karl & Mouse, He is near CanningVale. Brakes, wheel bearings, front swivels can be done with his eyes closed. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty you can help, save on costs as
well as learning how its done. Most of the labour doing wheel bearings, hubs/swivels is cleaning & washing. Cheers

Why don't you undertake these small repairs yourself and get to know your vehicle. It'll greatly assist you when you're broke down out the back of beyond.
