Good butcher for kryovac meat in Perth?

Hi @ll,

can someone recommend me a good butcher in Perth who can deliver nice quality kryovac meat? I am currently preparing our trip along the Canning Stock Route in May/June this year and am looking for nice meat, which we can store in our Engel fridges for some days. Nothing better than having an nice steak at Durba Springs... ;-)
After a devastating experience with Woolworth meat last time (noodles instead of nice steak on Christmas Eve) I would prefer a real butcher this time.

Here are two butchers, both provide quality German styled small goods as well - hopefully you'll feel at home. I have used both for years

Gidday Juergen,

I use "Avon Valley Butchers" they have a store in Malaga, Beechboro and Midland. The meat is very well priced and fresh as they are a large wholesaler and sell from the premises in Malaga. They kryovac different cuts of meat in 1kg and 2kg lots. What I like about it is they put them in foam trays and they store flat in the engel, very space efficent.

We use Bellvedere Quality Meats in Belmont, always gives us great meat and cyovacs for free.
