We will be there about 4th to 6th or 9th, but I don't reccon there will be any water to see except from the air.
It will be a stampede over
Easter, so we plan to be
well gone by then....
Cheers,
Peter

We're doing the
Oodnadatta starting from Wilpena on the 14th - hopefully most will have headed
home by then (fingers crossed).
It's been planned over the last six months, so in a way it's a pity there's likely to be a heap of 'water chasers' going up at short notice :(

Hi all,
Looks like there may be a Qld takeover as we're hoping to get there about mid May having spent a week with friends in the
Flinders Ranges.
Rig as below - white 100 series Cruiser and camper trailer.
Cheers,
Chris

We plan on leaving
Brisbane around 18 April, and taking in the scenery (eg a quiet pace). Stopping at Thargominda; Fort Gray (
Sturt National Park) then near Merty Merty on the Strezlecki.
Ours is a White Patrol, with an Exploroz wheelcover, towing a 16.5ft Poptop.
Hope to see you guys out there - in the Flinders (staying at
Willow Springs Station), or at Lake Eyre (staying at
Muloorina Station -banks of the Frome Creek, near the
bore.)

White Croozers seem to be as common as Commondores
Without the van the rear of
mine has a Spare wheel carrier with a Exploroz sticker in the middle of coverand a Codan Autotune between wheel and rear window.
Will wave to all white Croozers
LOL

HI Daz,
We will be up there early next week, then getting across to
Innamincka for
Easter. I spoke to Trevor Wright form Wright Air (08 8670 7962) at WilliamCreek yesterday, and he said the lake had about 30% water in it and was downas far as Bell Bay.
We are looking forward to flying over the area this time.
Sure there are going to be a few more people around but sometimes we have to take the opportunities to travel when they present themselves :-)
BTY rang a business owner in Innaminka yesterday to get some information etc...Talk about a cold response. The same person is probably moaning about how business is down and the world is comming to an end.
Got to love "Misery Guts People" if only for their entertainment value :-)
See you on the road.
Cheers
Alex

I spoke to
Innamincka trading post today & had the similar response, in fact, we are wondering if there is anything to see there after the negative response about the
cooper creek, but it seems I hit an off day. Cheers VM
