Headlight Globe Upgrade

Gday Shaver,
Not to sure about headlights but in my 2 rally 4000 pencil beams i tried a 55w phillips globe and left the 100w no name brand in the other spoty and i could not tell the difference between the two. I think golbes are globes regardless who make them.

We put +50s in all our vehicles , and they do make a diff over standard globes. Mind you on Jacks you still need spotties.
But they are only $30, cheap upgrade.
Cannot comment on how they compare with Phillips.

They do make a difference but nothing like spotties. Because I put spotties on the upgrade prob wasn't worth worrying about.

Have them in my prado, (phillips) absolutely huge difference. I tried with just one globe when I was putting them in just to see the diff. Heaps brighter, and it lit up my back fence heaps more then the opposite side. With both in they are brilliant. I found them to be better on wet roads as well, you wont be dissapointed. I still have spotties but obviously you cant use these with other vehicles around.I got mine from TJM...........WHG
