Deep Freezer Problem.

Hi I replaced a thermostat because the freezer was running all the time and pulling down to -30 now I can turn it off ,but it still running at around -30 and will not stop.Any Ideas

Could the sensor be misplaced so it is not reading the temp correctly? ie wedged into the insulation.

Pulled the sensor back 20mm and is right now,thank very much.Another $56 of experience.
