I am trying to get hold of an article in the April 2009 4x4 Australia, on Page 13. Article titled Bagged 70's!
This issue is no longer available in Newsagents. I've contacted the publisher but they can't help either.
If anyone has the magazine could they please give me a summary of this article as I was considering purchasing a new 70 Series.
Thanks
Bob

Hi Bob,

Here's what it says:

Toyota 70 series will receive an important upgrade by the end of the year.
Airbags and a new dash design will feature in the updated model, expected to hit the marketplace either in the last quarter of 2009 or, at the latest, the first quarter of 2010.
Exterior changes are expected to be minimal.

Cheers.

What I've typed above is pretty much all that was in the story. I left out a couple of lines about 70's "soldiering on with archaic interiors" but that is about it.

More info will probably come out closer to the release date.

Hi Bob, like Graeme said, not too much info in the article, but I have scanned it, and will send it now.
Cheers, Dave

This is not what you are looking for, however it give a very comparison between the Landrover defender and the 7#'s series.
This bloke used to own L/R and is using is OWN 7#'s in this comparison and I thought it was WITHUOT bias or advertising pressure.
The 7# seires has to old 1HZ, we of course have the V8(I think this is in South Africa).
Both vids run around the 10 mins

7# series v 110 pt 1

7# series v 110 pt 2
