Hi all
Am complicating investing in an Commander 100 A/hr gel battery.
Has anyone any thoughts on reliability, personal usage, also are they American or Chinese?
Thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,
We put a brand new one in our Trak Shak before doing a 6 month trip last year with our 2 kids. It ran a 47 Litre Evakool Combo Fridge/Freezer which was in the camper and 4 led strip lights (total 0.8amp). We had hot weather most of the way (from Vic up to NT) and averaged about 2 and a half days before recharging. It worked
well for us.
Cheers,
Mark.

Evening Mark
Thanks for that,
The Evakool that _Affordable_Storage_Drawers.aspx about two and a bit amps doesn't it?
I asume that the battery is still ok.
What sort of charger are you using?
Thanks
Tony
