Hey GD
after checking the missus, you might look at the shock bushes they can sound like that if badly worn or chewed out.

To eliminate the wife as the problem, try doing a trip without her, it could reap more rewards than you can think of.

Oh!!! feel the serenity!!!!!!
Cheers Colin.

what you could try is when you can hear the noise , lightly put your foot on the brake an listen , if the noise stops its a pad rattle ,
had it for yrs in my patrol

you could get the missus to help out by strapping her closer to the action/noise on the bonnet and then go out hit a few good bumps and see what her opinion/reaction is when you stop :)))

GD....Looks like you are gonna be looking up the skirt instead of under the rack!!!!

not your sway bar working it's way loose?
After we got all the suspension done on the paj the sway bars would work their way loose over a period of minimum one hours rocky 4wding. Pull up on side of track and tighten em up.. off ya go again and then not long after... damn it those bloody sway bars...

Jo

how long has your rack been loose?
have you checked your straps that hold your rack on?
are your nuts loose?
is some one messing around while the rack is unattended?
