Am interested in buying one of these, and found one on ebay for $275 .

well under the price others are selling at.
Anyone bought one of these from this seller

That seller does offer good value for Ctek chargers, personally I'd go for this one:

Not one of those, but I've purchased other items from that seller with no problems...
I have however purchased 2 of those Cteks from a different seller > 4wdextreme < , and he is currently selling the same charger for $269 delivered (320360740500)..
Also, he has responded to questions raised on this
forum concerning warranty, confirming that the units he is selling are covered by warranty _in Australia_ , whereas some other sellers may be selling "parallel imports" which may not be covered in this country..
Ya pays yer money, and ya takes yer pick....

I bought one 3 months ago,same price,and it works great. The vendor has already visited this
forum and assured us his warranty is valid.
Battery World quoted me close to $380 for the same thing

I've looking at these chargers on ebay and noticed that one is saying they have a 5 year warrenty, ask the other sellers why this was and was told this maybe false advertising?? Also looking if you can use interchangable connectors allowing you to use optionial end connectors etc eyelits instead of clamps.g? Havn't followed this up .Because the clamps have a termal gauge included.

I have heard that the Xantrex chargers are also very good. Has anyone had experience with these at all?

I have a xantrex 10i and it is a great charger, even though it is much bigger than some others eg ctek etc. They are normally installed in good van/camper setups as a fixed item. I have one in my
Kimberley Kamper trailer.
You won't go wrong with a xantrex as they are a quality item IMO.

Yes, I have bought several items from this seller including a CTEK charger. They are a very good charger and as one of the other members said, I would go for the XS25000.
I have had no problems from the seller at all.

Have asked question of seller re warranty and he said if there was a problem to return it to him for a replacement.
