I plan to bush camp north of Coral Bay in WA next week. Any suggestions where the better spots are?

Ningaloo has to be the pick of that part of the coast. As long as you have a 4WD you will have no trouble getting in. Great spot and excellent fishing but take everything in with you.

Hi Tooley,

just out of Coral Bay is a turnoff that heads Nth. If you follow that for approx 15 k's there is a nice sheltered campsite there right on the beach. Room for boat launching as well. We decided to head up for a look one day and wished we had more time to camp there ourselves, but will save it for our next trip to the west.

We ended up travelling from Coral Bay to Ningaloo Stn via the dirt coast road towing a 19'6" Roadstar Trackvan. It was slow golng but camped at several spots along the way for some isolated and good fishing. Road was rough but with tyre pressures down and driving carefully it was a great trip with no dramas at all. About 62 klm in total I think.
