After a 2 year planning period with some unexpected surpirses we will be heading off from Wodonga to the Kimberley this Saturday. This will culminate us arriving back at home after a 5 month break off work. (gotta love long service leave). Hopefully the roads will be starting to open when we get there and we'll be off head down the south coast before the crowds really set in around Broome. If you see us driving a silver GU towing a southern Cross camper don't be afraid to say g'day. We will be on the net occasionally when possible. Bring on the first Barra!

Cheers Dave

All the best and leave a couple of Barra for me please! Hope you make it to Kalumburu we enjoyed the fishing there and the lower Ord. To be honest I enjoyed my fishing wherever we fished and the creek behind Broome township was an exiting fishing spot as well.

Try sailfish fishing in Broome if you get a chance it was one of my more memorable moments. Three sail each for my friend and I and one to the bride

The Kimberley has got to be the best of all the wonderful places we have been so far (although Tasmania probably equals it in a very different way). Enjoy the journey Dave.

Dave from Wodonga away for 5 months, house vacant...

Might as well put a sign out front of your place... "burgle me please!".

Not everyone who reads forums is honest sadly!

just saying.

Cheers
