Now before you get them shot guns aimed - I am going to mention the Caravan & Motor
home magazine "free" DVD!
Plus I really do not want to start a pro / con 4x4 thingy here!
How ever a foremost Australian has made a significant comment -
well I believe so any way.
The DVD that was with issue 125, has an interview with one Clean Up Australia Day's Ian Kiernan (Sp?) who says quite clearly that the majority of 4x4 drivers are responsible and do lots for the environment! Hm! It should be broad cast far and wide that one!
Cheers - Mobi

Agreed...............
Shame about the minority though........they are pretty eager to go right over the top to
well overshadow those of us who do the right thing.
I see them roaring past my door up the range early saturday morning every weekend.
Beer, dogs, rifles and trail bikes. Shooting road signs and tossing empty cans and bottles out the windows
..............and then see a good sample of them going
home in the ambulance or helicopter most sunday afternoons............
Poetic justice perhaps?
Craig

No! Just another example of natural selection at work.

I think the problem is that there is not a cental voice that adequately speaks for and represents all the various 4wd associations.

ANFWDC is there but perhaps does not speak loudly enough.
VIC 4WD has been vocal for a 6 or so years now and is proving effective in some areas.
