GU suspention upgrade

Hi al I am looking for Ideas on upgrading the suspention on a 99 4.2 turbo desiel GU trayback , any input would be helpfull , I am looking at mounting a Carry me camper on it , can you recomend a set up Born to drive a 4x4 , not a keyboard

cant beat king springs , some foam cell shocks will do the trick , dont spend to much on shocks ,

Assuming you have coils, Polyairs work
well to cater for the variable load if the camper is coming on and off, they have a
well deserved great reputation. Oh, and you can get lucky but in general you can't spend enough on shocks.Regds

Suspension aids
The Hema maps GU wagon has them on. I also have them oon mu GU wagon. They are a different idea to Polyairs.
I''m happy, as they only are needed when heavily laden, and were very easy to fit.
Heaslip's, [also reknown for camper trailers] make a version of a carry camper, use them & in fact sell them.

I have OME (50mm lift and heavy duty) and rancho 9000 shocks and the difference was amazing. Can thoughly recomend them.
