Hi Guys

I have a 60 series Crusier with 2" lift on it, I have just purchased a 190L Long Range tank, and twin wheel carrier, as well as a rooftop tent. My concern is that their is already a fair weight in the back end and thats even before draws, fridge, camping gear and passengers?

Any thoughts as to whether the suspension will be OK? Or should I look into upgrading the suspension? It dosnt appear to sag when loaded but Im unsure how it will hold up out in the Simpson or up On the Cape Tracks

Any comments would be great

Cheers

If the 2" lift is still in good condition you might consider firestone airbags as a good way of levelling the back. You don't say whether the 190 litre tank is in yet but I suspect when full it will drop the old girl down a bit.
My 60 had a lift kit and 180 litre tank and when packed for camping sure dragged her arse on the ground.

I think you need to check load characteristics of suspension lift and calculate load.
FYI: In our club we have safari in fully equipped 3.8 ton – suspension tough dog.
As for my personal use I have TLC 60 5” suspension with springs. About 160 liters of diesel is OK + rest belongings. www.sakh4x4.ru/monsters
