Morning all,
As my partner and I both have back issues, I was wonding if it was possible to have an auto gearbox put into a troopie.

If you have enough money any thing is possible.
A late model Troopie with the factory turbo would be a better vehicle to try and change to a auto.
I have had a couple of Troopies and I would have thought the
suspension would have been more of a issue with a back problem rather than changing gears.

Take yourself and the troopy to a chiropractor . Get them to look at you sitting in the troopy and they will advise if you what replacement
seat , shortened or lengthened gear lever etc etc etc .

Thanks guys for your replies, but the issue is the clutch. Can no longer drive a manual as engaging the clutch is not good for the back.

Recaro seats are the way to go. We have had ours in for 11 years and no back problems
