Laptop + NextG
If you do not use nextg normally, then purchase the samsung 411 for $60-100 prepaid and 4Gb of data is about $90
You can connect the A411 to the laptop for data

My NextG coverage map is a bit out of date, but it only shows about 4 or 5 spots with any coverage north of
Cooktown. They would be
Weipa and the main communities.
There is not 'general' coverage.

There is free internet at the
quarantine station on the way up (and back). Nice little spot for a break with clean
toilets.

As aforesaid, there are a few spots according to the Telstra Next G Map.
The dark is Next G, the brown with external antenna, and the yellow satellite phone only.

Bgan is what you want, Tc communications can help you. Ask for Darren. Coverage for almost the whole earth. Have used it and it works
well. Cost, MMM, if your business is real profitable it just might be worth it.
