Hi troopyman,
Have a look at thread 68441. There's a pepper sauce recipe, as
well as a few others.

Brandy Peppercorn Sauce.....
Little tin of green peppercorns
Small quantity of brandy
Small quantity of cream
Black pepper (freshly ground) to taste.
Fry up peppercorns a little first in olive oil.
Turn up pan till very hot.
Splash in some brandy (but watch your eyebrows!)
Simmer for short time.
Stir in some cream until nice consistency
Grind over some black pepper to taste.
Use this one at
home and love it on a nice thick pice of steak cooked by someone who knows how to NOT it.
Cheers,
Mark

A variant to that fine recipe is to crush the peppercorns first. Gives you a bigger hit ;-}
You can also get the p/corns in glass jars in some s/markets; they keep while in the fridge ... the tinned ones need to be frozen if only part used.
