I'm looking for reduction gears for my L/C 105 series auto. I believe Marks adaptors have a 20% reduction set, but I was hoping for more reduction than that. I am interested in hearing from anyone who has these or knows where I might be able to get them.
Thanks
Tony.

Hi Tony, I've heard that you cannot get any lower reduction gears for the cruisers because the transfer case simply wont fit any bigger gears, like the nissans can. I think to fit the 20% reduction gears the use of the grinder is needed on the casing anyway.

Cheers,
Dan

Thanks Dan,
I "thought" the 20% fitted but the grinder was required to go further.
Can anyone set me straight on this?
Tony.

If you want to...the kruiser krawler from marks is the answer....air operated and in need of a body lift to fit them....they r not an easy addition, but with the extra range, you can have these options
2.95x2.45x4.1= std low gearing of 30/1
2.95x3.06x4.1= krawler high range of 40/1
2.95x2.45x3.06x4.1=krawler low range of90/1
2nd gear low krawler 1.9x2.45x3.06x4.1=60/1

Thanks Guys

I should have had a closer read of the Marks site before dismissing them as inadequate.
Just need to find some one who has them fitted to check out how much thay improve down hill engine braking ( the main reason for more reduction).
Thanks for the suggestion DOZER but a bit extreme for my requirements.

Thanks again.
