Found this neat app to send business addresses you found on Google to your Garmin GPS . I have a Garmin nuvi 265wt and it worked just fine.

That worked, and it's easy peasy, but you need to have the latest update of Garmin Communicator (or whatever it's called). I downloaded the location of the restaurant that we are taking my dad to for his birthday.

Cheers

I have a Garmin Map60cx (not a navigator) and have spent last couple of days experimenting in sending Google Map routes to my GPS

The big limitation is the routes being limited to 250 points and the freeware program being limited to 500 points.

But still, I have managed to convert a Google route from a Brisbane address to a Montville address to a Garmin route with labeled waypoints.

If you are interested have look at: http://www.gpsu.co.uk/ and http://www.sackman.info/ for their free utilities
