Hi folks:
I learned from a mate of
mine that a place called Barron
Junction in outback Queensland gets occasional plagues of cockatiels. He said that the air is full of them with clouds of them in the thousands.
Now that I have finished my great parrot adventure:

Hi all,
I have been to
Burren Junction and one of the reasons for the large number of parrots is the railway siding and silo's. A lot of grain is to be found around the area due to accidental spillage etc.
The birds enjoy the free feed.
