G’day,
Is there any way of searching images only on this site? If not does anyone else think it would be useful? For example, I want to view photos of Eyre Creek, particularly the recently opened bypass and I’m sure there must be more than the four uploaded photos that are visible on the “
places” page…. Or is that all there is?

I don't think you can search properly from the site itself.
I suggest using Google Image advanced search.
"Eyre Creek" in the exact phrase box with exploroz.com in the "Return images from the site or domain" box returns the following result:
Eyre Creek search of Exploroz with Google Images

Thanks for the reply Alan. I had already done the Google search in the manner you suggest and am surprised at how few results are displayed. The images are the same as those I already found on the ExplorOz site. I know there are a lot of photos within member’s profiles that aren’t displayed when a general search is conducted. It seems a shame to me that member’s profiles can’t be searched including their uploaded photos.
