National Road conditions

When trying to see a reasonably sized State-level map of road conditions, my PC displays this message - "Reports are offered in two formats – visual (map), and textual. The textual report is the most comprehensive and contains additional tracks to that shown on the map."
I am sure that I used to be able to display the map of each State separately, enlarged, compared the the map of Australia on the first page. Does this function still exist?? How do I get to it??

yes - go to
Places and turn on "road conditions" layer.
the map in road conditions currently has a glitch, but it works in
Places. Just a temporary fix for now...
