John & Marls
Boulia to Alice is just a long drive on a dirt road. Road was fine a couple of weeks ago. Starting to break up in
places (b/dust).
Just take your time. Note,
Tobermorey no longer has any
services.

Hi W & J, had a message from DO that you came
home early - hope you had a good time for the most part tho. Hope you are planning your next trip. I am going back out around the 22nd - enjoying the "good life" for a couple of weeks - could become a habit! Are you going to the camping show - not that you NEED anything?

Hi Ruth,
Eyre creek being flooded changed both ends of the trip.
We were unable to get to the southern lakes as the going got tough enough to break two of the vehicles.
We ended up coming in to
lake Caroline from the west much further north than planned.
Its ironic how rain in some part of the desert has effected my plans for the last five years.
You and Ian enjoy the good life.
