The rim offset for a Prado may vary over the last two models ?
I was told at the tyre
shop that the GXL alloy rim offset for the 2003 model 120 series is 38mm positive offset.
I don't know the offset on a hilux. It may depend upon model & year, but I thought that hilux may have a netual or negative offset?

120 Prado rims have a P30 offset.

I bought some after market steel rims for the 120 series and they have a 30mm positive offset. At that time, the tyre
shop mentioned that original GXL alloys for the 120 had a 38mm positive offset - they may have got it wrong ?

Its probably correct. Most aftermarket rims sit out a bit more than the factory toyota rims.

I have the new Prado rims though the Speedy version which is exactly the same) on my 2009 Hilux. They are made for the Prado as the Toyota Prado Rims from Toyota are about $1,000 each. Look good, fit
well.
