Sorry to ask this again, but, I'm looking for a owner manual for a HJ75 Cab Chassie (1989). Don't care if it's a copy or an original,, anyone know where I might start looking?

Many of the motor book shops have work shop manuals (thanks trukster), but I'm after a copy of the in car manual supplied by toyota.

Bruce

Workshop manuals

1 for the motor about $ 70
1 for the chasiss, electrics, drive train, etc etc about $80

bought from Toyota Spares

Fairly comprehensive, and I've found more detail then Gregory's.

Cheers

G'day Bruce,
Do you mean a manual or an owners handbook, like the one usually found in the glovebox? If its the handbook, try a Toyota wreckers....you never know....or have you tried Toyota? Or try someone from say the trading post who may be selling parts/wrecking a whole car.

Yeah, The ones I was steered to wouldn't return calls, or took my number and didn't call back. I aslo checked out the Customer relations number in the white pages.... guess what, there is no number supplied, just the heading...Typical.

Bruce,
If you contact Toyota at (Ph)0297103333 (Fax)0297103202, they will send you a photocopied (and bound) owner's manual for about $16..this was the cost about a year ago for my 1988 Troopy. They will also give you a copy of the recommended service intervals for all the mechanicals.
Cheers
