I want a wireless thermometer so as my Autofridge temperature is displayed on my dash. The TwoZone brand doesn’t seem available any longer and too many forums are indicating that the Engel is unreliable. A caravan
forum suggests using a La Crosse brand, but it isn’t purpose made for fridges – it is meant for outdoor use. Any advice…. It must be wireless.
Thanks,
Myles.

Mark, I really appreciate that offer and may get back to you, though I’m leaving for the Simpson next weekend so time is short.
Thanks again.

I’ve tried my local (
Brisbane - Redlands) BCF, Anaconda, Dick Smith and Down Under camping. None had stock. Someone on a previous thread said TwoZone were no longer in business.?

Were sold out at BCF Browns Plains at
Brisbane this week, he didn't say if they were getting any more in so maybe if you see one and want one don't hesitate to grab it just in case the company is in difficulties.

Hi Porl
The company is not in difficulties, they are out of business. We received a letter from them the other week advising because on the current economical climate, the company had no choice but to shut down its operations from its head office in
PERTH. It is a great loss, as they had some very great products.
My advise to any person reading this thread and wanting to get hold of one of those great Two Zone Thermometers, is to get them where you can, as once they are sold out, that's its folks. From my post the other days, the stock where I work has now all been sold to members from this
forum, and Myles missed out by about 15 minutes.
Lets us all hope some other company takes over the running of Two Zone and gets their products out in the market place again.
Cheers
Stephen

Myles,
I was in the
Newcastle branch of Ray's Outdoors last night and commented on the Two Zone brochures on the counter.
At the moment at least that Ray's reckon they can get all the Two Zone wireless temperature transmitters a bloke can want.
If you've got a Ray's nearby it might be worth a call.
Geoff

does anybody know if this problem extends (or will extend) to the two-zone fridge expansion also?

Stephen L advised “The company is not in difficulties, they are out of business.”
So it would seem that it would affect the TwoZone fridge expansion also.
If Stephen L doesn’t see your query I would suggest contacting him directly as he has received correspondence from TwoZone.
Myles.
