can anyone local please provide up to date state of play re diamantina development road between Quiplie and Charlieville
E0 report last updated shows as open
QLD RACQ report shows flooded at Paroo river for last 3 dayswith update at 4 pm today
Quilpie police told me yesterday that local council report at 8am thursday was road open
also interested in

quilpie road - it is shown as closed at south comongin but police at
quilpie said that Napoleon road then old charlieville road was an option- whats that road like
I'm leaving at sparrows tomorrow morning and it would be good to have first hand report.

Send a MM to the Geratric Gypsies (Steve and Denny) as they are currently in
Cunnamulla and may be able to provide some up to date info on the road conditions for that area.

check with locals as you get closer as th e paroo was supposed to be rising also and if you want to stay in a park ring ahead they are full becuase of the rain especially

Parents in law are headed up here to the Isa from
Newcastle, and as at 1400 06/06/09 the Diamantina Dev rd from
Quilpie to
Charleville was open.
