Mick has called me and is doing OK. He and his crew, or is that the crew and he..lol, are doing fine.

They will spend the next couple of days in the southern area of Lake Gregory before getting into some hard core messy business in the great Western Deserts.

His entourage is made up of some exploroz members and associates. One of these is an elderly gentleman with a beard who drives a Patrol and tows a very very heavy trailer. This man has already completely destroyed one of the forklift tyres he chooses to use and is down to one spare....

Mick says he heard of big flock of birds fly over last night and has seen more snakes so-far this trip than the last few years combined....sounds like the place to be.

Good-luck guys - wish I was there....

Looking for adventure.
In whatever comes our way.

Hi Alan
Thanks for the update. There will be lots of good stories to be told by all at the end of the trip.

Cheers

Bob you obviously weren't paying attention at the old fella's last lecture as we all informed MRF's are the ONLY tyre for cross country work. Possibly wrecked it trying to get it to bag out at 2 psi ;-)
Cheers Craig.............
