It was announced on
Perth news tonight that petrol prices will soon go up to $1.50PL again due to overseas rise in price of oil. Bummer as about to commence a 21000M trek with the big van in tow next Sunday.
Oh
well no use crying about it, will just have to up the budget for petrol and cut down on the human fuel a bit:D

My thoughts exactly heard it on the way into work. I'm off in 19 days time. Typical; happens every year.

Yep we saw it too Jeff.
Our vehicle which has been off the road (in
Geraldton WA) for the last 2 1/2 weeks waiting for a part should be mobile again today or tomorrow and we will be resuming our travels. (If all goes to plan),
We are from NSW and not half way through the trip yet so still have a quite few thousand kms to travel. Typical that the fuel prices go up about the same time we get mobile again.
Happy travels,
Heather G

This is the biggest load of rubbish ever. Not your thread or comments, the actual notion of oil being high and therefore prices must rise. When oil was US$140+ last year we didn't pay more than $1.58 where I live. Now they're telling us that as the price of oil drops we pay more?
Have a look at
this link and ask yourself "why should we be paying these outrageous prices"?
I'm all for business making profits, but profiteering is different to making profits!
