Can you help?
I am trying to install a Glind Quickfit shunt hot water shower to a Nissan GU 2004 4.2L ICT ute.

Do any members have any photos of the heat exchange heater hose
I have tried by changing the hoses and this has not corrected the problem!

i have just fitted a glind to my 100 series td. what i did was to disconnect a heater hose [one which is the most easy to get at] nb note the direction of flow though heat exchanger, connect from engine to one end of heat exchanger, the other end goes to the cabin heater pipe thats been disconnected.

NB the water heater control must be in the max heat position to allow for circulation of the coolant through the HE

make sure that the HE is below the top radiator tank to avoid air pockets,

good luck, peegot
