I fitted the 126 litre "Long Ranger" to my 2007 Ford
Ranger(auto diesel single cab) about $1200 supplied and fit through ARB it is giving me a range of 800km around town and on recent trip to Lake Eyre with Active Tray top camper we averaged 16.15lites/100km

I saw this on another site.
No idea if the deal or product is good, but could be worth looking at even if it a complete waste of time.
No affiliation etc.

Howdy Norm, you will be so pleased at how little fuel your new vehicle uses you won't need extra capacity. Cheers

Gidday
I'm with Barry, after 7000km my
Ranger's economy is getting better all the time. Had a two-day trip out into the WA wheatbelt at the weekend, all sealed road running returned 7.5l/100km.
Cheers
Rocco

Hi Rocco
I get no where near that out of
mine.
But in its defence I do have a canopy on the back

Gidday Norm
I have to say to have been very pleased with the economy.
I usually get around mid 8s in midweek running but this is just with me on board, no load and most of the trip to work is on freeway outside peak hours so there is no crawling along.
On the weekend trip it was two up and a bit of camping gear, just enough to stop the rear end bounce! At the speed limit on the highway we are just loping along.
I think (apart from looks which I think are average) they are a great vehicle and good value for money.
Cheers Rocco

Give K&N in Canning Vale a call 9456 4480. They are one of only a few licenced fuel tank manufacturers in Aust.
