awning repair

Need to find a way of patching a small hole in my awing on the van.Its about 3mm in size,what's a good product out there please.

Hello Highlander,
For a hole that size, why not use white-coloured silicon. I did on my vinyl caravan awning and it worked well. If it's a canvas awning why not darn it yourself and then treat the area with a sealant if you need to.

As Netnut suggested, try silicone, or even Sikaflex.
Sikaflex is very flexible. Here is a Google search sikaflex

I agree with the Sikaflex idea BUT make sure that you use the correct stuff.
There are a number of Sikaflex products, all for different purposes. Some are sealants and others are adhesives, and they are all brilliant at what they are designed for.
Pick the wrong one for the job and you will worse off.
