Kingaroy, 20k from Nanango, where I live, at 8.00 PM was 0.9 degrees. Coldest place in Qld so far tonight, suppose to get down to -2, think we may beat that one hahahaha.
Now how to put a heater in the old Viscount for our next trip away hmmm

Evening Bruce
About 3 here at present but expecting - 4 in the morning. It was - 3 this morning - coldest June day for quite a few years. I'd love to move about 2500 k's north at this time of year and not come home til late Sept. Catch up at
St George.
Cheers

Struth,
and I was complaining that it was 9C (NOT 0.9) in
Melbourne at the moment. Seems quite tropical by comparison.

Canberra has been totally different. It peaked at a steamy 8.4 at 3.00 pm. It was still hovering at 8.4 an hour later. I thought I was going to die. It was -5.8 at 6.45 this am. There was frost on the car when I left work at 9.00 pm tonight.

MMM,
I remember those temps.
I only come down from SE QLD every 5 years to go to a motorcycle rally held at the old Honeysuckle
creek tracking station site.
Its on next month, I better find all my old cold weather
camping gear, looks like Im going to need it.
