Following from my previous post on the cracks in the lens covers I have had a warrenty result worth a mention.
I purchased the lights from
Taree Auto 1 in March 2008 through Ebay. Last month they developed cracks in the lens covers. From net research it turns out that a batch of these with the white seal around the lens developed this fault due to the white seal expansion cracking the cover. They have fixed this issue by using a new seal compound (now black)
Taree Auto 1 notified their suppliers and today an entire new set of lights (full kit) turned up no charge. Now that was worth a plug for them I thought :-) Cheers Tony.

That's good news, I am seeing more and more of these lights. Nice to know that the owners can have some faith in the product.
