Anyone coming to Townsville for the 400 weekend and looking for a spot to camp, we still have some space available at the range. About 40mins drive from the track and about 30mins drive to the public transport interchange that will get you to the track.

FAQ's
No, you cannot see or hear the race from there.
No, you cannot walk to the race from there (no human would anyway)
Yes, you can get TV reception (digital) there
No your mobile phone won't work there
Yes, we have a coffee machine and a huge beer fridge
Yes it will be damn cold
Yes you can bring your missus, hubby, kids, and dogs but any or all must be tied up if they bother the cows or any other inhabitants.
Yes, you can do the nudie run at midnight if you need to but I am not responsible for brass monkey syndrome.
No you cannot leave it to the last minute to let us know you are coming
Yes we have hot showers and toilets that flush.
Yes there is a restaraunt close by (2 stubbies away)
Yes there is SOME flat ground for a carryvan
No we are not a camping ground or carryvan park
BYO electricity but I have a BBQ and a big fridge on site.

Yes, it is at NO COST for EXPLOROZ members unless you want to pitch in for some mower fuel.

Yes, I can send you some pictures.
