OK have just returned from a trip to
Cape York where I managed to collect quite a lot of dust and a few fine scratches. Can anyone recommend a good car detailer on the north side of
Brisbane?
Cheers
Sue

Give it a good clean yourself, then go to auto 1 or similar and buy a scratch remover, two hours work , save yourself a couple of hundred dollars.

Sue
I have used VIP car clean used to get the patrol done once a month but after a long Dec holiday up
the beach I got them to do their cut and polish clean. Was about $170 and they took a good 3 hours to clean and buff my car. I was very happy with the outcome

Try these guys at Kedron - they also detail for yards so are very thorough.
Exxy though at around $250 but I only get the Troopy done like that every 2yrs or so.
Allstar Auto Detailing - Rob 0438196720 or Chris 0408775605

Thanks everyone. I will probably try the Kedron mob as they are very close to where I live.

Hi Sue,
If you have metallic paint on your vehicle make sure there is not too much "cutting and polishing" as you will run the risk of damaging the clear coating on this type of paint work. Once damaged lots of money to fix.
Fine scratches can often be polished out using say REPO car polish.
About the dust.
Well that may continue to reappear for months, fine dust finds its way out of doors etc for a long time after a dusty trip.
Good Luck
