My atlas shows this as unsealed. Anyone know the current state?

Booligal to Hillston 78kms-- 7kms Booligal end and 11kms Hillston end bitumen --in between dirt road with multiple cattle grids [rough]-- two different shires --no consistency , rough small rocks[tough on tyres @ speed ]in Carrathool shire, quite okay if you take it easy when dry --do not try if wet. Area has had more than 10mm in last 24hrs and 60mm in last 3 weeks .I am local who has driven road hunderd's of times --check with Hay Shire 0260.931003 Carrathool Shire 0269.651306 as to whether roads are open .There are signs on road advising of charges that are applicable for road damage whilst road closed signs are in place.
