Have just updated to a 2004 Sahara with an inbuilt sat nav system. Trouble is there was no books for the operation of & although I can sort of find my way around it I would really like to get used to its full capabilities. Does anyone out there know if there is somewhere on the net I can go to & download some instructions.

Hi gertie,

You could also try, LCOOL Forums

Someone here will either have a manual they can copy or point you to a download.

I hope for your sake it has been updated.
My last boss had a 2003 Sahara and didnt bother to update.
He went in before Xmas to do it and was floored with the cost Around $400 to update to version 13.

Oh what a feeling the joys of Toyota

Next thing is with the self levelling suspension you will need airbags for towing a van. Like life it goes on and on.

Cheers

Hi Graham

Not sure whether it is updated or not--how do you check do you know.

We just got airbags put on - had them on our 80 series & were very happy with them. Thanks to others on this forum we took their advice & did the same.

Cheers & thanku

When u get the manual it should tell you how to find the page in the settings that shows the version number.
It may well show on startup if you look at the page carefully.
I think current vers may be 14 or could still be 13.
