Fuel Price updates?

Hi, I have just been trying to update a fuel price, but it stalls at the 'Update " box.
Can only members update , I am sure I was able to update a couple of years ago went we went to WA.

Works fine for me, I would have thought it was set up for anyone to update the fuel prices.

It is gunna get worse in a couple of weeks up here in QUEENSLAND since Capt Bligh has flicked the 8CPL rebate :(
