Sir Kev & Darkie
Just another update on the Gathering in
St George. I have now had confirmation of a
farm tour that will be run over 2 days, as the group size is a tad large so I have organised for 1/2 the Gathering attendees to go one day and the other 1/2 the next.
I have also been in contact with the local winery and have organised a premises tour etc for the alternate days of the
farm tour so there is something to do for both groups.
I am yet to contact the Rosehill Aviary to confirm max group numbers for their Aviary so that may fill another couple of days.
Also
Last year Steve (of Geratric Gypsies) volunteered to shave his beard and eventually his head for the RFDS Fundraising, raising close to $200. So not to be out done, I have heard from a reliable source (Mark G) that a certain member who is attending is contemplating volunteering his back to be waxed to raise money. He has an addiction to Yowies and all things to do with Hair so I am sure there will be some effort put into getting his back waxed.
It is not long to go now, About 14 weeks LOL
Cheers Kev

G'day Kev
I've rewritten the rules for horseshoes to allow for Mark G to use the smaller horseshoes - I'll make sure the video camera is charged and ready to roll when it's his turn.
Julie and I will be sitting down fairly soon to plan the rest of the trip. We will be going back out through
Corner Country,
Innamincka,
Birdsville and then over to the gathering. Missed quite a few
pic opportunities lat time so we'll be better prepared this time.
Looking fwd to catching up with those we met last time and meeting "new" friends.
Cheers

Gday Sir Kev & Darkie
Sorry as a new innocent person, does that mean if the warden and myself go to
St George, will we witness a back brazilian?
Excuse me, in my uncorrupted innocence.
Cheers
Lotzi
PS, I think a ticket price and Youtube clip would be good .. ))
