Way points

to me half the fun of travelling this great land of ours is reading others trip notes, studying maps and building your own waypoint files and then adding a route plot from here and you have just built your own trip out of that info.

Let this site and Google be your friends, its amazing how much info you can get if you apply just a little effort in research of what you want to do from info obtained on sites such as this one, and a good search engine like Google etc.

A side effect is, that you understand your trip better, because you built the information bank yourself.

Hi Robert, I am aklso interested in the Gunbarrel but when I click on the 'get waypoints' hyperlink, nothing happens; same when I tried the AB trek??? Any cloos? Cheers.

Thats because they are not working yet. see Tonys post above Gunbarrel Hwy as way points but only five..

If you both want MM me with you e-mail address's and I can do some up and send them to you, they will be in Ozie only
