Hi I do not own a Prattline but 2 of my Friends do.
They both have had Prattline pump up type vans for many years.
Generally a very strong and robust type van.
The top half fits over the bottom half and hydraulically pumps up via a hand pump on the draw bar. That's about as much as I know.

Kind Regards Scoof. :-)

IMHO they were an excellent concept that never grew legs.

Low line and easy to tow, lots of space and very practical.

Bloke across road from us had a Pratliner.
He ended up putting another axle under it, and it towed like a dream.
According to him they should have done it at the factory, as when loaded up and touring, the axle actually bowed a little, coming over here from Perth.

The pump concept amazed me, but it too gave a few problems, ie it would sometimes stick when he released the hysraulics, to put it down. That in turn would cause him to get a little frustrated, when packing up.

If they neded to have a sleep desparately, when travelling, there was enuf room to crawl into bed without popping it up it up.

I know at one stage he replaced the seals, top and bottom, and fixed the dust ingress problem.

Sorry I cannot help anymore.

Cheers
Bucky
