GQ fuel pump

Have just bought a spare fuel pump for my mates Patrol for our desert trip and wonder whether it is the right one 1992 4.2 EFI and the pump supplied was a FPE 284.
Any of you Nissan buffs know if this is correct.
The pump goes in the fuel
tank and is cylindrical about 3" long.

I have a GQ efi and have had a bit of trouble with in
tank pumps in it
after the 2nd one , I fitted a VL commodore external pump on the chassis in front of the R/H rear wheel . i left the existing pump in the
tank and run both together . would take about 1/2 hr to replace it being external !! it has never started so good even when it was new .
