Left last Saturday, 1pm. Arrived Tuesday night 7pm. No touristy stuff on way up. I have done most of the major sites before. Was on a mission to arrive at destination. Never seen so many caravans. Couldn't get a powered site in
Darwin when I tried. Lucky to have a contact in Howard Springs who were so very friendly and hospitable. Put me up in a bungalow.
Been into Darwin/Palmerston a couple of times, met up with some folks, swim in
Walker Creek,
Litchfield Park about 6ks from the school I'm staying at. Back to
Darwin tonight.
Keen to do some weekend trips and fishing. Anyone happy to include a tag along?

I am currently in Shady Glen van
park and although it is busy, there seems to be sites available.
I would team up with you but I have the dreaded "man flu" lol
Getting better though.

We are at Shady Glen at the moment also, but are leaving in the morning. There are 3 sites opposite us vacant at the moment. Behind

Great to see that you arrived safely, sorry that we didn't have a farewell get together, we even missed Robin's bonfire!! We are looking forward to the
