Has anybody ever used or heard of Bimrose Lubricants. A brochure for same states the following;

Bimrose Lubricants Pty Ltd, 486 Quay St - Rockhampton Qld , 100% Australian, Designed to Protect Your Mechanical Investment.

I have been told that these products are produced in Victoria (Probably one of the refineries or a 'blending establishment') and then shipped to Qld for distribution.

I reside in Melbourne, however have never noticed the subject product/s until this week when in Werribee where a new distributer has opened up.

Anyway I would appreciate any feedback anyone has whether positive or negative re this product.

Regards

Krobbo,
I have been using Bimrose Oil for 3yrs now, firstly in 3.0l td Jackaroo, and now in 3.0lTD Patrol.

No problems at all in fact in the Jack this oil gave me better oil pressure. Don't know about the Patrol as it hasn't got a gauge. Both run noticeably quieter
on Bimrose.

Don't know where it is blended, but their head office is in Rockhampton, Q.
Tom Bimrose is very helpful if you need advice on which oil to use in your vehicle.
I also use their Upper Cylinder as a fuel additive, seems to make the motor run just a bit sweeter. May be just my imagination.

Check out their website www.bimlube.com.au

I will be using their products long term.
Regards
Hoffy.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my query.

Being the only response however does make one wonder how well known Bimrose products are, or how efficient, effective and subsequently successful they are.

That sums it up in a nut shell I suppose. however once again thanks again for your time and input.
