Worldcare 4X4 Rescue

Does anyone know of a company that offers a similar level of assistance to that of what Worldcare used to offer. Under their Premium package they would retrieve your vehicle from anywhere for no charge. Worldcare have since sold out to Mondial who will only go 100Km out of town and it must be accessible by a 2WD vehicle - not a lot of use. Thanks for any help as it is much apprecated.

Best I can find is our state motoring organisation, in my case the RAA. I assume other states will have similar packages, but still only gets you 200km with the Premium package. However, it does include extras like towing or transporting your van as well, up to 5 nights accommodation, taxi fares or other transport if needed. Altogether not too bad a deal, but like you say, transport distance is limited.

We tow a van in many outback places and for some years had the Worldcare 4x4 cover that included the van, but now that the Total Care premium products of RACV etc.. cover both tow tug and van (in our case anyway, some larger vans maybe excluded) while on the roads we travel ie gibb River Rd, PDR to the Gulf, Oodnadatta, Plenty etc. we use this cover JUST in case the tug or van packs up.....
