Hi all ,
I'm about to change most of the original factory rubbers on my 98 mod 100 ser L/C ,I was told that nolathene or urethane is not good unless you have a comp car which
mine is not ,its got a 2'' tough dog lift kit with 9 way adjustable and a RTC steering dampener ,I tow a van every holiday and will be doing a big trip next year ,I was looking at the terrain tamer kit it is a yellow rubber and the guy said it was made from polly whatever that is? so do you guys know anything that I should look out for as I'm a bit green on this subject
Cheers.

Replace with factory rubbers. They seem to outlast most others. (even if they don't look as exciting)
Cheers Craig............

I think you will find the polyurethane and similar aftermarket bushes will make everything much stiffer, and wont absorb movement and shock as they should, go for genuine parts. Michael

John,
Another vote for OEM Rubber. Just had my 80 done by Pedders. They did just about every bush under there. Feels like a new car. You wont regret it.

Hi Matt,
it seems like you all think that standard is the go so Im starting to lean that way ,do you go off road much and were you told the standard rubbers might tear easy ??
P.S ..ok I know you are all going to laugh but OEM means original something..... ....manufacturers what does it mean, Its been bugging me for ages LOL!
Cheers!
